While the company is located more than half way around the world some caribbean startups have received funding through Oasis500. Two of these are RevoFarm and crimebot. RevoFarm provides farmers with data, this specific data is customized for daily decision making. Crimebot uses a social community to map crime hot spots around any specific country. they then use the information to notifying users as incidents occur providing info such as the probability of when the next crime will occur and other data. Crimebot focuses on anonymous reporting and uses user confirmation feedback to verify all incoming reports. They access Oasis500 funding through the Start-up Jamaica program which is accessible to entrepreneurs across the region.
