How To Find Recorded Attendance Figures In Zoom

Zoom has become quite popular for meetings as more people are working from home. Whether it’s for record-keeping or general curiosity the need may arise to find the attendance figures. Here is how you get that done.

After logging into your account click on “Account Management” on the left. Then click on reports as seen in the image below.

Under the “Usage Report” you will be presented with several possible options. For this context select “Active Hosts”.

Now you would be able to select a time period for the meeting you are interested in, then click “Search” to get results. Note, however, that time intervals are limited to 1 month.

That’s it! You’ve found the attendance figures.
