Her passion and drive for the software industry has led her to create employment for herself . “I love to design and code…Whenever I code, I would feel so relaxed and whenever I am designing , it takes a lot of the internal pain away. I feel a sense of purpose out of it.” she affirmed. Over the past four years, she has used her passion for design and programming to co-found a blooming local software business – Trifinity Solutions. This initiative is based upon her strong belief that: “Creation isn’t work, when driven by passion”. Trifinity Solutions mainly focuses on providing Business Solution Systems for individuals and organizations. They offer several services such as web design and development, mobile and native applications, graphics design, social media marketing and management, security and surveillance, domain and hosting and email services. Trifinity Solutions is made up of a team of full stack developers, graphical artists and marketing experts who work along with clients, to produce streamlined and effective business solution to satisfy their requirements. She is also Co-founder and President of the Enterprise Youth Development Group, which is a non-government youth organisation which focuses on the development of young people in Guyana. They work on programmes and projects in areas such as education, health, entrepreneurship, humanitarianism environmental studies, art ,craft, culture and social welfare to encourage youth involvement and leadership. As a Creativity for Employment and Business Opportunity (CEBO) participant, “it’s one of my commitments to promote entrepreneurship and to drive people to create jobs for themselves through networking, live videos and seminars. I also aim to add life to the entrepreneurial process by creating a platform that supports a chain-effect model for starting up new businesses/ventures,”she added. Samantha highlighted several role models as sources of inspiration. These include, Malcolm Williams,Eldon Marks,Rosh Khan,Lyndell Blackman,Penelope Defreitas and Michelle Obama. Her fear of failing keeps her focused and motivated. “My desire to create opportunities and support systems for my community that I never had growing up, as well as my dream and goals of revolutionizing technology in Guyana, encourages me to push myself”. “At age 16, I felt my world had caved in. I could see no way. It was so frustrating trying to find myself, purpose and meaning to life. This left me almost depressed with all the trials of life ,from wanting a Bachelor’s degree to being diagnosed with leukemia. Reasons to stay alive is more than a motivating chant for me. It is all about making the most of your time on earth, living your dream and dating your passion. An exploration of how to live better, love better and feel more alive. So much in touch with yourself. In the end you become the light you see. This is the true story of how I came through crisis, triumphed over an illness that almost destroyed me, transcended my realities and learned to live again.” Samantha defines success as living her true purpose and having the ability to positively impact on the lives of her community, country and by extension the world, “I want to leave a legacy of having made a difference in the world by fulfilling my purpose. My vision is to impact the lives of ONE BILLION people around the globe in order to improve their personal well-being, drive productivity, increase focus and most of all fulfill their potential through Empowering & Inspiring Creativity, Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Consciousness.” Her message to everyone is to never give up. “Failure is the mother of all success. Stress is inevitable. Problems are never ending. Failures and disappointments happen to everyone, all the time. The only thing which you have any control over is how you respond to these stressful situations. The fact is that the more you have already failed, the more likely that you are on the verge of success. The more you experiment, the more likely you are to triumph. The more you learn the more you will earn.Just keep pressing forward. You must overcome your fears by doing the thing you fear the most until the fear has no more control over you. In order to realize your full potential, your greatest need is to break out any limited thinking by dreaming big dreams and imagining unlimited possibilities. Adapt in such a way that your thinking makes you become absolutely unstoppable in achieving any goal you can set for yourself.”
